  1. Where is your office located?

    Our office is located on 721 Cape Horn Drive in Henderson, Nevada 89011. Look for us just off the Sunset Road exit from Interstate 515/US Highway 93. We’re on Cape Horn Drive, betweeen Gibson and Parkson. Check out our facility page to get more specific directions from your location.

  2. What are your office hours?

    We’re here to serve you seven days a week, providing you with the assistance you need no matter when you’re moving into your rented space. Stop by between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. We are closed from 11 am till12PM for lunch. Monday through Sunday to get a tour of the space, reserve your perfect unit, or speak with our team about your project and storage options. We’ll be more than happy to help!

  3. When can I access my unit?

    We believe in making it easy to get to your belongings during a time that works best with your schedule. That’s why our access hours run between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. every day of the week. Now you can get to your unit whether you’re coming by in the evening to pick something up or stopping by early to set out on a fishing trip on the Colorado River or Las Vegas Bay. We’ll be ready for you!

  4. Do you have space for my boat or RV?

    We absolutely do! It’s in our name and we provide it: RV storage that’s built to fit every sized recreational vehicle out there. Come check out our spaces in both outdoor covered and interior spaces for smaller vehicles. These covered spaces range from 11’x32’ to 11’x68’, so no matter what length your camper, van, or vintage car is, you’ll be able to get the space that fits it right.

  5. What security features does Warm Springs RV and Mini Storage, LLC have?

    We take the security of you and your belongings very seriously. We know that you need to trust in our ability to protect your belonging while they are on our property, so we’ve pulled out all the stops and gone above and beyond what you would expect in a storage facility’s security measures. Our property is entirely surrounded by a high, concrete brick wall. This wall is topped with metal spikes, preventing intruders from climbing over. Plus, the property is monitored 24/7 by a series of surveillance cameras. Finally, we employ a resident manager to keep an eye on things at all times. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our team.

  6. What is a resident manager?

    A resident manager lives in an apartment on the facility property, providing you an added layer of security that you won’t find at many other storage facilities. This feature means that if there is any suspicious activity on our property, we can contact the authorities right away rather than discovering the event in the morning. The resident manager can then provide details of the intruders to the police and aid in the investigation. Additionally, having a resident manager means that most instances of theft are deterred simply because there is a manager living on the property. Please be sure to ask our manager about this great addition to the security of our facility.
